If you don't love what we've built, we refund the Once-Off Fee in full within 7 business days via your original payment method (Paystack (a Stripe company), PayFast, Yoco, or EFT). After 14 days the Once-Off Fee is non-refundable, but the Monthly Fee is pro-rata refundable for unused full months. We'd rather you tell your mates we're honest than hold your money hostage.
